Mayra Petrone and Susan Postle approached me late last year about improving their business with optimal real estate website design. They needed a solution that represented the excellence with which they treat their clients as well as one that would potentially draw in new clients through MLS search capabilities and other opt-in options.

We customized a modern and elegant real estate wordpress theme. This theme allows Mayra and Susan to post their properties to the home page. In fact, they can add a significant amount of details inside the custom post.

IDX/MLS by IDX Broker

There is also an MLS search option that captures leads from potential clients by allowing them to sign up and save searches for later reference. We used a premium wordpress plug-in by IDX Broker for the MLS search and lead capture.

An alert is sent every time a user signs up to save a search. Mayra and Susan then have the ability to email or call their new potential client and follow up with the best way to meet their needs.

Responsive Design

Good real estate website design would not be complete without the ability to look good on any device it’s viewed on. Each page was customized to deliver a great responsive experience. So, users will enjoy the site no matter what size of screen they might be viewing it from.

Ultimately, we are very pleased with the outcome and Mayra and Susan are extremely happy as well. They have a modern website that is fitting of modern day agents.
